We are pleased to report an article about Don’t Forget To Breathe in the November issue of Physio Matters.

- I think that this resource is excellent. It’s very thorough but at the same time flows well and is easy to read. I really like the extra detail in the exercise section.
- I like the depth it goes into especially on topics which are sometimes brushed aside. Being able to read these section might help initiate seeking help sooner for those affected.
- Palliative Care is covered which I really like, as well as a recommendation of a holistic and multidisciplinary model / approach.
